The War on Theft continues with the all new Subrosa Brigade Lock. Check it out!
Subrosa knows how much is invested in your bike. Between money invested and pride in your personal ride, most riders bikes mean the world to them. Unfortunately, there’s always someone that wants your bike just as bad as you do, and they don’t want to work for it.
The fact is that the only way to guarantee your bike won’t get stolen is to never leave it alone. We all know, that’s not possible. Between stopping a a gas station for a drink or snack, riding your bike to school, or even just leaving it alone while you film a friend at the park, you bike is going to be by itself, unattended at some point. That’s all a thief, junkie, bully, or board teenager needs to steal it.
No one wants to carry a lock when they go ride, but if you plan to leave your bike unattended for any amount of time, someone will steal it. We don’t want that, so we offer locks in many styles, for different security situations. Check out the entire War On Theft, and check out the spec of the all new Subrosa Brigade Lock below.
The Subrosa Brigade Lock is not lightweight, the Brigade Lock is not convenient, but it is not designed to be. It’s simply designed to be a high security, high quality bicycle lock. This lock can be easy to carry by either slinging over a shoulder, wrapping it around you waist like a belt, wrapping it around your frame, or just in a backpack. It’s well worth a little extra work to keep your bike.
After doing research on a number of locks and chains we want with a hardened steel body and chain. We also noticed a strength difference between round and square chains, and the square chains are actually harder to cut. We wrapped it all in a thick nylon material so it won’t chew up your paint job and decals.
– Hardened steel body and chain links resists cutting, sawing, & prying
– Square chain link design adds additional resistant against bolt cutters
– Crack resistant plastic body for scratch and weather resistance
– Durable Nylon chain link cover to resist paint damage
– Disc lock barrel with 1400 minimum key combinations for superior picking protection
– Length: 45″ unlocked
The Subrosa Brigae Lock will be in shops and mail orders worldwide in July.
