STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Thank you for shopping at the Subrosa Corner Store. Subrosa is a division of American Mentality, Inc. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you understand the following:
- We do our best to keep our inventory accurate. However, there may be a chance that your desired item(s) is out of stock. In this case we will email you with other options. At this point you may choose a new item or cancel your order.
- Your private information is private and we will keep it that way. We may use the information we collect to administer purchases and customer service on the website, improve and maintain the website, or send you marketing information about Subrosa or other American Mentality, Inc. affiliated companies. We will never sell your information to a 3rd party. The only time we would release private information would be to an agency in accordance to our Fraud Prevention policies outlined in the website terms and conditions of use.
- Orders can take 1-3 business days to process. You will get an email confirmation when your order ships. If you need a certain rush on an order, email info@sparkysdistribution.com to request this service.
- Payment: at this time, we only accept credit card or debit card payments and Paypal. All credit card and debit card payments are processed securely with Authorize.net payment gateway.
- If you decide you want to return any items, It must be done so within 14 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in new condition and never used. You are also responsible for any return shipping charges. Subrosa is NOT responsible for any return shipping charges. Any return payments will be credited to the credit card or debit card that the original purchase was made with.
- If you refuse a shipment and it is returned to Subrosa, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from and will only be credited for the item(s) being returned.
- If your order does not arrive in an acceptable condition or is incorrect, you must contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Email: info@sparkysdistribution.com
- For international orders, customs charges, excise taxes, or duties are not included in the shipping cost. International customers are fully responsible for these costs. The declared value will always be completed truthfully.
- We ship with either UPS or USPS in select cases.
