We loaded up the bus this weekend and hit the road for Daytona Beach. It was the same time as the 500 but we were just heading to a couple of parks out there. We had a pretty rad time, and Mark got to meet Tony the Tiger. Check out more photos below…
“Yo Ryan
Hope all is rockin….I have attached a couple of pics of one of my newest stores FREERIDERS. Pete the owner is down with Subrosa. He does not have a site up yet but the store is located in Springfield QLD ph 0733818720. I also attached some pics of my Subrosa Malum Fixed with custom chain stay brakes and cable running through the frame. This was done by Ev at LUX BMX. We just set Mike CZ up with some fresh gear and he is back riding flat out. Him and Raph have an amazing edit from their Europe trip however it was pulled off the net as it had skunk references.- Sam”
Thanks again Sam! Check out more pics below…
My man Al Munger from Alpha BMX in the U.K. have completely revamped their site. To launch the site they dropped this video of some of their locals shredding an indoor park. If your in the U.K. check out this shop. They are huge Subrosa supporters, and they are located in the same town as a lot of my family! Stoke-On-Trent stand up! Hahaha, hit up the new Alpha site HERE.
P.S. Next time I’m over there Al I’ll stop by on a day the shop is open! Gutted about that one.
I was thinking that it has been a minute since I’ve done a “GET CLOSE TO IT”, so here’s another installment, this time with our 2011 Malum Street. This is actually one of my favorite bikes in the line. First off this bike features a full chromoly set up including frame, fork, bars, and cranks. We use seamless 4130 chromoly on all these parts for strength. Some companies will use seemed chromoly on there bikes and parts to reduce cost, but it also reduces strength. Seamed tubing basically means its a flat sheet of chromoly that is bent into a tube shape and welded down the middle creating the “Seam”. Some of this tubing has been know to split down the seam. So clearly we choose to avoid that. Continue below to get more info and pics on the Malum Street…
Our boy Walker McCullough from San Diego shoot photos of babes, but he took a day off from that to shoot with Kyle. Why he would do that, even I’m not sure, but they ventured off to some strange looking place (for southern California) where Kyle fell into some toxic water. As you can see in the photos this is quite disgusting, but secretly I bet Kyle loved it. They rode Qualcom too, so check out the photos below…
