“So, I fly from the winter wonderland that is Ohio this time of year to Austin in search of some warmth, only to find that the cold must have stowed away in my luggage. The weather has been garbage, and tonight there is seriously a winter storm warning in effect. To battle the cold though, I was lucky enough to attend a “Soupgang” meeting, where a few vegans who love food gather around some good vittles for a good time. Eli is down in Austin filming for Anthem 2 with Sean Burns and Stu Johnson. It sounds like he’s having a great time as usual and had this to say–

“This photo pretty much sums up Austin for myself: bikes, books, and brews (mostly of the caffeinated variety…mostly). The weather has been iffy these first few days, but we are getting a little cruising in. Sean trashed his foot yesterday, though I suppose that comes with the territory if you are jumping off roofs. I bashed my elbow pretty good as well, but hey, this is Anthem. Ha! More to come. Hopefully this rain lets up…”-Eli
